A key factor to a winning product introduction is the ability to have it manufactured successfully and our engineering methodology has been proven effective in the production of hundreds of different products. After engineering objectives are established we create and evaluate solutions utilizing mechanical and industrial engineering criteria. Then we consider and recommend materials, manufacturing methodologies and tooling approaches. We have worked in just about every manufacturing methodology and we are expert in the design for manufacture of plastic and metal components. Final implementation includes CAD documentation, sourcing and supervising initial production. Working with our engineering partner, Sigma Design, www.sigmadesign.net, we carry out  turnkey development programs or focused engineering consultation.
